What are your hours of operation?
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am-5pm and Tuesday, Thursday: 9am-12pm

Will my insurance pay for treatment. How much will I have to pay each visit?
It depends on your insurance plan. In most cases, insurance will cover part of the cost, but it won’t cover the full amount.

Do I need to be referred by my doctor?
It depends on your insurance requirements. In most cases, you’ll need a signed referral from a physician.

What do I bring?
A signed doctor referral, photo ID, health insurance card and appropriate gym clothes.

What should I wear?
Athletic pants are necessary for the gym, while shorts a preferred for the hands-on treatment in the booths.

How long is each visit?
Please expect an hour of treatment for every visit.

What should I expect during each visit?
Each visit includes working with a physical therapist in the gym, as well as receiving hands-on care through myofascial release.

What is a physical therapist?
A physical therapist is a health professional trained to help individuals develop and restore movement and function in their daily lives. They provide treatment for those affected by injury, aging, or other factors that may hinder their ability to perform everyday activities.

What is Electrical Stimulation and what can it do for me?
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is used to increase blood flow, relax muscle spasms, and improve or maintain range of motion. Small pads are placed on specific muscle groups, and the EMS sends a low electrical current to contract those muscles. The EMS is timed, and its intensity is adjusted by the physical therapist based on the patient’s input.

Is physical therapy painful?
Physical therapy aims to reduce pain as much as possible. If any movement causes pain during treatment, please inform the physical therapist so they can adjust the approach to ensure it’s pain-free.
